Club Events 2022

The Inauguration Ceremony of the DSAI Club 2022 was a momentous occasion marked by esteemed guests and an air of anticipation for the academic year ahead. The event was graced by Sangmeshwar Patil, a senior scientist at TCS research, who was invited as the chief guest. Dr. Yashodhara Haribhakta, a distinguished faculty member from the Department of Computer Engineering and Information Technology, and the Faculty Advisor of the Club, also joined as a chief guest. Their presence added a significant academic weight to the ceremony. The mantle of responsibility for the upcoming year was passed on to Ritik Naik, who assumed the role of the new secretary. The chief guest, Sangmeshwar Patil, delivered a keynote address, sharing valuable insights into the realm of Data Science and offering a glimpse into its future trends. The ceremony set a promising tone for the DSAI Club, fostering enthusiasm and a sense of purpose among its members

In collaboration with MindSpark’22, the club organized Neurohack 1.0 2022, a hackathon based on NLP. This hackathon was conducted online and was led by Ketaki Jadhav and Prathmesh Wani, who are the Administrative Lead and Outreach Lead respectively. The hackathon was sponsored by Whirpool.
